Senior Business Analyst

Mandatory Requirements Must have experience managing or coordinating multi-stakeholder projects involving business, technical, and vendor teams, ensuring effective collaboration and timely delivery. Must have a proven ability to produce high-quality business and technical documentation, including but not limited to process maps, requirements specifications, project plans, and risk registers. Must have experience working within recognized project management or business analysis methodologies, such as BABOK, PMI, Agile, or Waterfall. Must have excellent facilitation, analytical, and communication skills in English as required by the project environment. Must be able to commence work within [2] weeks of contract award and dedicate the required level of effort for the full duration of the engagement. Must have a minimum of seven (7) years of experience as a Business Analyst leading system replacement or modernization projects, including requirements gathering, analysis, and implementation support. Please describe your proposed approach and work plan for this engagement, including tools and methodologies for analysis, coordination, documentation, and reporting. Responses should demonstrate clarity, structure, and alignment with project objectives and timelines. Please provide details on relevant certifications or credentials such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, PMP, or equivalent professional experience and training in business analysis, project coordination, or project management.
