This role gives you the autonomy to lead, present to senior leadership, and continuously improve processes within a dynamic, global environment. What You’ll Do Drive end-to-end project delivery from planning to successful deployment. Oversee budgets, schedules, and performance metrics across multiple workstreams. Communicate project progress and insights to senior management. Lead Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid teams to ensure efficiency and excellence. Support business analysis and process improvement efforts. Foster collaboration, motivation, and accountability within your team. What You Bring 10 years of experience leading projects in cross-functional or matrix environments. 5 years working with stakeholders on requirements, documentation, and delivery. Solid background in Manufacturing or Supply Chain environments. PMP Certification (required) experience with Agile methodologies . Exceptional communication and presentation skills in both English & Portuguese. Confidence to engage with executive-level stakeholders.
