ABOUT THE ROLE: We are seeking a Senior Support Specialist to provide advanced technical support for users and systems within a corporate IT environment. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration, Entra ID (Azure AD), and user support through ticketing systems. This professional will also handle basic Windows and Linux server maintenance and perform network troubleshooting as needed. The role involves ensuring service stability, maintaining system integrity, and collaborating with infrastructure and security teams to improve operational efficiency and end-user experience. RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for users, resolving incidents and service requests via the ticketing system. Administer and maintain Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and Intune. Manage user accounts, groups, and access permissions in Entra ID (Azure Active Directory). Perform basic maintenance, monitoring, and troubleshooting of Windows and Linux servers. Support network-related issues such as connectivity, DHCP, DNS, and VPN access. Document technical procedures, configurations, and solutions. Collaborate with other IT teams on escalations, system improvements REQUIREMENTS: Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. Proven experience in IT support, preferably in corporate or enterprise environments. Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration and Entra ID (Azure AD). Basic understanding of Windows Server and Linux environments. Basic knowledge of network concepts (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN). Experience with IT ticketing systems and customer support. Advanced English. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Microsoft certifications (e.g., MS-900, MD-102, AZ-104). Experience with automation tools such as PowerShell or scripting. Familiarity with ITIL practices or similar support frameworks. Excellent communication skills and a proactive, problem-solving attitude.
