Know more: Keeta Website Location: 100% On site - Vila Olimpia, SP Please, submit your CV in English Job Responsabilities Develop and implement localized Brand Experience strategy, Events and Sponsorships aligned with global guidelines. Manage brand assets and ensure consistent brand positioning across all touchpoints. Plan and execute live marketing initiatives, leveraging cultural trends and seasonal opportunities. Oversee budget planning and ensure cost-effective execution of brand initiatives. Design and manage media strategies across digital and offline channels. Lead creative development and campaign execution in collaboration with internal and external teams. Build strategic brand partnerships, including sponsorships and IP collaborations. Use data analytics to determine the best live marketing strategies and optimize our campaigns accordingly. Job Requirements Hard Skills Education & Language: Bachelor’s degree or higher; Business-level English is essential for working in a global company and collaborating across regions. Professional Experience in branding, marketing, or creative communications. Experience in overseas markets, media buying, or creative development is a plus. Platform & Industry Knowledge: Strategic understanding of platforms like Google, Meta, and TikTok. Experience in food delivery or related industries is advantageous. Project Management: Strong ability to break down goals, coordinate execution, and manage cross-functional initiatives. Soft Skills Communication & Collaboration: Excellent interpersonal skills; able to mobilize teams and align stakeholders. Intercultural Fluency: Open-minded and curious about multicultural content and perspectives; strong intercultural communication skills. Creative Agility: Fast learner with a high standard for creative iteration and innovation. Strategic Thinking: Holistic mindset with the ability to connect brand strategy to business outcomes
