Job Description
The Brazil Sales Manager is responsible for developing and executing a clearly defined Sales strategy in the LATAM/Brazil region and plan in a manner that supports consistent business growth and enhances SUBNET brand equity. The position is responsible for planning, organizing, staffing, training, and managing all Sales functions in this region to achieve SUBNET objectives of sales, growth, profitability, and visibility that is consistent with the corporate direction. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Strategic Sales Leadership • Execute executive-level sales goals aligned with corporate strategy. • Develop and track KPIs for all sales programs, reporting progress to senior leadership. • Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting and pipeline visibility. • Define and manage incentive programs to drive sales performance. • Monitor market, customer, and competitor trends, providing strategic insights. • Maintain strong relationships with the senior executive team to ensure alignment. Team & Talent Management • Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing sales team through structured development programs, 1:1 meetings, and ensure alignment with global objectives. • Oversee hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management. • Conduct regular performance reviews, goal setting, and coaching sessions. • Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and customer focus. Account Development & Customer Engagement • Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and revenue growth. • Sponsor strategic accounts and participate in closing high-value opportunities. • Design and enforce customer service standards, monitor performance, and evaluate outcomes. Channel & Partner Strategy • Develop and execute a global sales strategy, including OEMs, independent reps, and international partners. • Collaborate with Marketing to build effective channel programs, brand management and go-to-market strategies. Sales Operations & Forecasting • Deliver timely and accurate sales forecasts and performance reports. • Lead bid management efforts, proposal development and strategic deal structuring. • Regional Leadership and management of EMEA personnel: hiring, onboarding, coaching, task assignment, and performance management. • Accountable for fiscal responsibility, financial metrics and business compliance. Required • Written and oral proficiency in Portuguese, Spanish and English • Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field; MBA is a strong asset. • 5 years of experience in complex solution sales, in enterprise software or professional services. • Proven leadership in managing international sales teams and driving performance. • Strong technical communication and ability to translate complex solutions into business value. • High integrity, ethical conduct, and alignment with corporate values. • Authorized to work in the LATAM/Brazil and travel to U.S., Canada, and internationally.
