Perform heavy cleaning duties and special projects. Notify management of deficiencies or repair needs. Make adjustments and minor repairs. Store and maintain warehouses. Follow all health and safety regulations. Remove and reinstall curtains, chandeliers, or lights, etc., and assist in assembling meeting rooms as requested. Work with cleaning agents and chemicals using rubber gloves, masks or other safety equipment. Qualifications High school diploma. Physical ability to perform job‑related tasks such as climbing ladders taller than 2 m, lifting weight, operating electrical equipment. Solid knowledge of cleaning techniques.
