Position Summary We’re looking for a skilled Automotive Technician/Mechanic to join our growing team as our primary in-house full-time technician. You’ll work directly in our shop (and occasionally support mobile service calls) performing diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on a wide variety of vehicles. Responsibilities Perform inspections, diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on passenger vehicles and light trucks Conduct brake, suspension, steering, and drivetrain repairs Perform oil changes, tune-ups, and other preventative maintenance services Accurately document work performed and communicate findings with customers and management Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Deliver excellent customer service aligned with Pioneer Automotive’s values Qualifications 3 years of hands-on automotive repair experience (ASE certification preferred, not required) Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills Experience with modern scan tools, shop software, and shop equipment Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Company Description At Pioneer Automotive, we are committed to blazing the trail in customer-first automotive care.
