What Youll Do Deliver planned and reactive maintenance across electrical and mechanical systems. Support temporary power setups and AV requirements for major events. Supervise maintenance operatives, apprentices, and contractors. Ensure all works meet health, safety, and compliance standards. Use BMS and IT systems to log and report maintenance activity. What Were Looking For Qualified electrician (Apprenticeship, NVQ Level 3, or equivalent). 17th or 18th Edition certified. Hands-on experience in facilities, electrical maintenance, or building services. Strong problem-solving skills and able to work calmly under pressure. Physically fit, team-oriented, and safety-conscious. Desirable experience includes AV systems, building management systems, or work within event environments.
