Head of SAP AMS - French speaking - France (Choose from Multiple Office Locations) - 50% remote working. Start Date: Flexible from January 2026 onwards. Permanent Job. Our client, an SAP Partner, is looking for a Head of SAP AMS to lead the Application Support team, which is responsible for their Third-Party Application Maintenance (TMA) and Publisher Maintenance activities. You will cover all client SAP application areas for corrective and evolutionary maintenance. The teams currently support more than 70 active clients for 60 TMA contracts, 20 outsourcing contracts, and 45 publisher maintenance contracts. The client portfolio includes on the way to 200 leading French SAP end clients covering Banking, Insurance, Retail, Wholesale, Engineering, Life sciences, Construction, Aerospace and many others. Responsibilities Ensure the smooth running of Application Support and the quality of services provided, in accordance with contractual commitments. Exercise considerable decision-making latitude and manage resources to guarantee service quality, in line with the SAP roadmap and current best practices. With the support of the line manager, the SAP CSM (SAP Support and Maintenance Center) Director, play a key role in the smooth operation of the team, including human resources and delivery management. Develop the Application Support business with the team for major SAP accounts, potentially internationally, while ensuring a high level of quality for the installed base. Contribute ideas for improving and developing CSM and share experience to benefit the team. Participate in weekly steering meetings with other division managers to optimize staffing and operational planning.
