The Role We’re looking for a Customer Service & Fulfillment Specialist who brings warmth, patience, and precision to everything they do. You’ll be the human connection between STRATUS and our customers — the friendly face (or inbox voice) that makes every interaction feel personal. Whether it’s helping someone find the right gear, resolving an order issue, or packing a shipment that feels cared for, you’ll ensure every experience carries that same small-town sincerity that defines us. It’s a role for someone who understands the rhythm of mountain life — who knows the anticipation of a storm cycle, the satisfaction of breaking trail, and the quiet pride of good gear that works when it matters. You don’t need to be a pro athlete, but you should get it — because that shared understanding is what makes our service feel genuine. It’s part logistics, part hospitality — and 100% about care. Who You Are Friendly, patient, and genuine — you treat customers like neighbors Detail-oriented and organized — you notice the small things and care about doing them right Reliable and steady — you show up, follow through, and take pride in your work Familiar with (or excited to learn) basic tools like Shopify, shipping softwares, and customer service platforms Down-to-earth, with a natural sense of care and community Warm and approachable: You make people feel heard, not rushed Fluent in mountain culture: You understand skiing, touring, climbing, and the kind of people who live for it Grounded: You care about quality, sustainability, and community as much as the mountains themselves What You’ll Do Reply to customer emails and messages with warmth and professionalism Help customers find the right gear and handle returns or exchanges smoothly Pack and ship orders accurately, making sure they arrive on time and looking great Keep the shipping area tidy and supplies stocked Flag any recurring customer questions or issues so the team can improve things We’re Looking For Someone Who… • Organized and dependable — you like when things run smoothly and take pride in that. • Clear communicator who enjoys helping people and solving small problems before they grow. • Comfortable learning basic tools like Shopify or shipping platforms (or already familiar). • Works well independently but enjoys being part of a close, supportive team. • Appreciates mountain culture and takes pride in representing a brand that shares that passion. What You’ll Get A chance to grow with a mountain based ski brand. Part-time, October through March. Starting hourly rate, $20/ hr depending on experience and to be discussed.
