Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Integration Lead to drive the convergence of marketing automation, CRM, and data platforms, enabling seamless and intelligent customer engagement. This role requires advanced technical proficiency across Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, MuleSoft, and modern data integration technologies. You will be responsible for architecting and delivering scalable, end-to-end solutions that unify marketing and CRM ecosystems, empowering personalized experiences and actionable business insights. About the Role Role : Integration Lead Skills : Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Data Platform, Integration (MuleSoft), Microsoft Dynamics CRM, REST/SOAP APIs, SQL, JSON, Azure, AWS, or GCP cloud environments Experience: 10 years Location : Remote. Responsibilities: Solution Architecture & Delivery Design and oversee the end-to-end design integrating Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, and Data Platforms (e.g., Azure Data Lake, Snowflake, or Databricks). Lead implementation and customization of Salesforce Marketing Cloud modules as applicable Work with Data Platform team to define and implement data models, ETL pipelines, and synchronization patterns between CRM, Marketing Cloud, and data warehouse environments. Work with architect and Integration teams to implement integration patterns using MuleSoft (API-led connectivity, system/process/experience APIs). Ensure solution scalability, reliability, and performance through best practices and technical reviews. Lead design and implementation of customer 360° data view across marketing, sales, and service platforms. Marketing Automation & CRM Optimization Drive personalized marketing automation strategies leveraging segmentation, triggers, and behavioral data. Integrate campaign performance analytics into CRM dashboards and reporting pipelines. Work closely with marketing, sales, and data teams to improve lead nurturing, attribution, and customer journey mapping. Technical Leadership & Collaboration Lead a team of developers, integration engineers, and data specialists through all phases of delivery. Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and enterprise architects to align solutions with business goals. Conduct technical design reviews, mentor team members, and promote reusable solution patterns. Qualification: Salesforce certifications (e.g., Marketing Cloud Consultant, Marketing Cloud Developer, Marketing Cloud Administrator). Microsoft certifications (e.g., Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant, Solution Architect Expert). MuleSoft certifications (MuleSoft Certified Integration Architect or Developer). Experience in Financial Services, Insurance, or B2C/B2B enterprise environments. Required Skills: Core Platforms Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC): Deep experience with Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Contact Builder, and APIs. Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM: Expertise in customization, Power Platform integration, and data model alignment with SFMC. MuleSoft Anypoint Platform: Proven experience designing and implementing API-led connectivity for CRM and marketing systems. Data Platform Integration: Experience integrating data warehouses/lakes (Azure Synapse, Snowflake, etc.) for analytics and marketing segmentation. Technical Expertise Proficiency in REST/SOAP APIs, SQL, JSON, and ETL processes. Understanding of identity management and SSO between marketing and CRM platforms. Experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP cloud environments. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and Git-based repositories. Preferred Skills: Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills. Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities. Ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions. Effective communicator with experience working in cross-functional agile environments.
