Bilingual Customer Service Manager Hybrid (1-2 days in office, Toronto or Montreal) Full-time, 6 Month Contract with possibility to turn perm Hours: Mon-Fri – 8hr shifts between 8am-8pm - (40 hours/wk.) Salary: $75K-$80K 4% Due to continued growth, our client is looking to add a talented and very flexible Bilingual Customer Service Manager to their team. In this role, you will strategically focus your efforts in the Travel Insurance industry with the distribution of product offers and associated service solutions to key stakeholders for the company’s customers travelling abroad or within Canada. Duties: • Collect workload indicator statistics to assist with staffing projections and seasonal changes. • Lead a supportive and fostering environment that promotes the company’s vision. • Build employee performance and engagement by leading, coaching, evaluating and developing staff. • Set performance objectives and goals for employees to meet and improve results. • Develop and implement employee performance and development plans focused on leveraging client needs, provider networks, insurance policy coverage and risk management strategies. • Manage all aspects of customer service and licensing of Insurance Advisors. Including local and global reporting. • Focus is directed towards providing exceptional client experience and meeting NPS (Net Promoter Score) targets. • Recommend and develop workflow improvements and modifications. • Supports external and internal clients throughout the life of a policy and claim. Qualifications: • Fluently bilingual – English/French – (Spoken and Written). • Post-secondary education. • 5 years minimum experience in customer resolution within the Travel Insurance Industry. • Licensed to sell Travel Insurance products. • Exceptional customer insight and service skills.
