Skills and Responsibilities: •As a Quality Engineering Lead, you will be a visionary leader responsible for ensuring the highest standards of software quality across the product lifecycle •You will lead a team of talented quality engineers and serve as a hands-on expert in automation and the implementation of AI-driven quality processes •Your role is pivotal in shaping our quality strategy, driving innovation, and delivering exceptional products to our customers •Worked on Retail and Healthcare Domain, have 10 years of experience Responsibilities: •Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the overall quality assurance strategy, aligning it with business objectives and product roadmaps •Lead, mentor, and grow a team of quality engineers, fostering a culture of ownership, excellence, and continuous learning •Drive a shift-left quality approach, embedding quality practices early in the development lifecycle •Quality Processes and Methodologies: * Design, implement, and enforce robust quality processes, including test planning, test case management, and defect tracking •Oversee the entire software quality lifecycle from requirements analysis to post-deployment support •Conduct regular quality audits * Hands-On Automation Expertise: Design, develop, and maintain a comprehensive test automation framework for web, window applications, API testing •Write and execute automated test scripts using industry-standard tools (e.g. Selenium, PyCharm) •Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous testing. •Lead the troubleshooting of complex automation issues and provide technical guidance to the team •AI Implementation in Quality Engineering: Develop and champion the adoption of AI/ML solutions to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness •Leverage AI-powered tools for intelligent test case generation, prioritization, and self-healing test scripts •Implement predictive analytics to identify potential defects in the codebase before they occur •Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a key liaison between the quality engineering team and other departments, including product management, development, and DevOps •Communicate quality metrics, test results, and potential risks to stakeholders and senior leadership •Facilitate a collaborative environment to resolve technical issues and improve product quality •Required Skills and Qualifications: Extensive experience as a Quality Engineer with a proven track record of leverage.
