Job Description We are building a next‑generation real‑time market data platform that operates 24/7, connects to six or more financial exchanges, and delivers benchmark prices, news and research worldwide. This role focuses on Release Management and QA Engineering within the Digital Platforms team, working closely with engineering, product, and operations to plan, test, deploy and communicate releases. Accountabilities / Responsibilities Plan, coordinate, and implement release management activities Report on release progress and issues to stakeholders Execute release testing and validate deployments Maintain and improve release processes and documentation Key Interfaces Digital Platforms Delivery Manager Engineering Managers Product Owners / Product Management Software Engineering Team Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) Qualifications Hands‑on release management experience (2–6 years) Hands‑on QA experience and strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle Experience with Jira for release management (including releases, roadmaps and Zephyr testing) Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and deployment tools such as GitHub Actions, Octopus, TeamCity, Jenkins or Azure DevOps Experience with test automation frameworks (Cypress, Selenium, Playwright, Cucumber, TestNG, etc.) Solid technical foundation in application infrastructure, operating systems, and configuration management Strong cross‑functional coordination skills and ability to manage priority and risk Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience) 7–9 years of professional experience in an IT environment Knowledge, Experience and Skills Proficiency in at least one programming language (C#, Java, or Python) Project management experience and familiarity with Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall) Understanding of market data, commodity exchanges and financial instruments Experience with Kubernetes, Azure CLI and other cloud tools is a plus Excellent written and verbal communication; strong analytical and structured thinking skills Team‑management and collaborative mindset across distributed teams Self‑motivated, results‑driven, and continually seeking process improvement Personal Attributes Excellent communication skills Strong analytical and structured thinking Collaborative, cross‑team leadership Continuous improvement mindset Strategic thinker capable of delivering in a fast‑paced environment Results‑driven focus on long‑term value creation WE WILL REVIEW ONLY CVs IN ENGLISH.
