Onsite or Remote: Hybrid Position Job Duties and Responsibilities Answering tickets within the established deadlines and quality standards Investigate problems and identify root causes Restoring system functionality in the shortest possible time Understanding and documenting system functionalities and carrying out tests Analyze code and/or replicate problems on the test bench Deploy patches and system updates Answering calls on call Availability for travel Availability for shift work Required Skills University degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or Engineering (with a technological background desirable) Minimum 1 year's experience in customer service and technical support Knowledge of Windows and Linux environment administration Minimum level of English required for the position: intermediate (reading, writing and speaking).
