Position available: Treatment Coordinator Qualifications we are looking for: Customer service background with a great attitude. Orthodontic experience is a plus. Prior experience in an administrative role with computer literacy and strong writing skills are desirable. Qualities we are looking for: - A positive, high energy, dependable, marketing and referral-minded, articulate and service-oriented individual who actively looks for ways to help new patients start orthodontic treatment. - A consummate professional with exceptional customer service, problem-solving and listening skills with social perceptiveness. - Someone who is detail oriented, accurate, organized, efficient, eager to learn, receives and uses constructive criticism to their advantage, is calm and confident yet respectful to fellow team members and patients and is genuinely kind.
