Job Title: CT Technologist Profession: CT Tech Specialty: Radiology Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Days Hours per Shift: 09:00 - 21:30 Experience: Minimum 2 years License: CT Registered Certifications: Must have IV Skills Description: Travel position for a CT Technologist. The unit has 3 CT scanners, soon to be 4. Staff includes 13 members, 8 full-time, 1 part-time, and 3 per diem. Day shift consists of 1 charge technologist, 4 day technologists, and 2 mid-shift technologists. Equipment includes GE Revolution 512 scanner, GE Evolution 128 scanner, and GE 64 slice scanner. Procedures performed in this unit include strokes, trauma, and scans of the head, chest, abdomen/pelvis. Candidates should have a positive attitude, strong customer service focus, and effective communication skills. This location is a Comprehensive Stroke Center and a Level 1 Trauma facility. New technology is introduced regularly, enhancing the work environment. The surrounding area offers outdoor recreational activities throughout all four seasons.
