This is a short-term holiday cover opportunity starting early November, ideal for a seasoned professional who can confidently step in and maintain smooth site operations. Key Responsibilities: * Day-to-day management of the housing site and subcontractors * Ensuring health & safety compliance across the site * Coordinating and driving the build program to maintain progress * Quality control and snagging * Liaising with suppliers, trades, and head office Requirements: * Proven experience managing residential housing sites * SMSTS, CSCS (Black/Gold Card), and First Aid certificates * Strong organisational and leadership skills * Able to hit the ground running with minimal handove This vacancy is being advertised on behalf of Approach Personnel Ltd that is operating as an employment business.
