Your new company A well-established Midlands-based Housing Association is currently seeking Damp & Mould Operatives to join their property maintenance team across multiple sites in Leicestershire or Nottinghamshire. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking a long-term temporary role, with the potential to transition to a Permanent position after 3 months. Your new role Job Title: Damp & Mould Operative Location: Leicestershire or Nottinghamshire (Multi-Site) Salary: £15.15 - £16.18 per hour Job Type: Temporary to Permanent Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:00pm Benefits: Mileage paid, Equipment provided. Responsibilities: Treat and repair damp and mould issues in residential properties Carry out general building maintenance and repair tasks Ensure properties are safe, clean, and well-maintained for tenants What you'll need to succeed No formal qualifications required Knowledge of painting and asbestos awareness is desirable.
