The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with various tasks on-site, ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. Responsibilities * Assist in the loading and unloading of materials and equipment. * Perform general maintenance and cleaning of work areas. * Operate basic machinery and tools as required, following safety protocols. * Support skilled tradespeople in their tasks, providing assistance where needed. * Follow instructions from supervisors to ensure project deadlines are met. * Maintain a high standard of health and safety practices on-site. * Report any issues or hazards to management promptly. Experience * Previous experience in a labouring role or similar environment is advantageous but not essential. * Familiarity with construction tools and equipment is preferred. * A valid driver's licence is beneficial for transporting materials when necessary. * Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also being self-motivated. * Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn new skills are essential.
