Multi-Trade Maintenance Engineers – North West M25 Area About the Role We are currently seeking Multi-Trade Engineers to join our growing team, working across the North West side of the M25. This is a permanent, full-time position offering a company van, fuel card, uniform, and PPE. You’ll be working primarily in light commercial environments, delivering high-quality maintenance services with a strong focus on customer satisfaction. The role involves both reactive and planned maintenance, and you’ll be expected to work independently as well as collaboratively with our existing team. Key Responsibilities * Carry out a variety of trade tasks including: * Carpentry * Basic roofing * Fencing * Brickwork * Patch plastering * Tiling * Painting * Conduct site surveys and liaise with office-based surveyors to recommend appropriate solutions. * Deliver excellent customer service and maintain professional standards on-site. * Work independently using your own initiative and problem-solving skills. Requirements * Proven experience in multi-trade reactive maintenance (preferred). * Ability to work to a high standard across multiple trades. * Strong communication and customer service skills. * Full UK driving licence. * Willingness to work 45 hours per week (Monday–Friday), with overtime opportunities available.
