Electrical Engineer

If you’re an experienced Electrical Engineer looking for a hands-on role with a growing SME delivering retrofit and low-carbon solutions to UK social housing, this could be an exciting opportunity. The role involves installing, replacing, and maintaining electrical components, including extractor fans, as well as general domestic electrical work. You will work independently and as part of a team, carry out inspections and testing, and ensure strong health and safety and customer service standards. Key responsibilities include: * Installing and maintaining domestic electrical systems * Testing, inspecting, and certifying electrical work * Diagnosing and resolving faults safely * Keeping accurate records and supporting smooth project delivery You must hold 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS7671) / NVQ3, 2391 Test & Inspection qualification, have domestic electrical experience, and a full UK driving licence. ECS Gold Card, DBS, or social housing/retrofit experience is a bonus. The role offers a permanent position, competitive salary, company vehicle/fuel card, pension, and ongoing training. Ideally based within 20 miles of Huntingdon, covering Bedford and Milton Keynes areas
