Job Opportunity: Resident Liaison Officer (RLO) – Window Replacement Scheme Location: Stevenage, Hertfordshire Company: Main Contractor Contract: 12 – 18 months Rate: £160 per day We’re looking for a Resident Liaison Officer (RLO) to join a leading main contractor on an exciting window replacement programme across occupied properties in Stevenage. If you are passionate about customer service, communication, and delivering positive tenant experiences, we want to hear from you. The Role As an RLO, you will act as the key point of contact between the residents and the site team, ensuring smooth communication, minimal disruption, and excellent customer care throughout the works. Responsibilities * Liaise with residents before, during, and after window replacement works * Arrange and manage resident appointments and access * Keep residents informed via letters, door-knocking, and update meetings * Handle complaints or concerns promptly and professionally * Maintain accurate records and resident feedback * Ensure vulnerable residents receive extra support as required * Work closely with site managers, subcontractors, and local authorities About You * Previous experience as an RLO, TLO, or in a customer-facing construction role (preferably in planned works or window replacements) * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Organised, empathetic, and calm under pressure * Able to work independently and as part of a wider site team
