We’re looking for a Freelance Assistant Site Manager with drive, passion, and a hands-on approach to support the delivery of a fast-paced residential housing development. If you're looking to grow into a full site manager role, this is your stepping stone. What You’ll Do: * Assist in the day-to-day running of the site, ensuring health & safety standards are maintained * Coordinate and supervise trades and subcontractors * Monitor project timelines and quality control * Liaise with suppliers, site staff, and senior management * Maintain accurate site records and reports ‍♂️ Who You Are: * Aspiring Site Manager or experienced in a supervisory role on housing sites (e.g. Site Supervisor, Foreperson, Trainee ASM) * Previous experience with new build housing or residential refurbishments * Strong knowledge of site H&S practices and site procedures * Confident communicator with leadership potential * SMSTS/SSSTS, First Aid, and CSCS This vacancy is being advertised on behalf of Approach Personnel Ltd that is operating as an employment business.
