Air Conditioning Engineer – £45,000 Bristol and Cardiff (Mobile Role) | Van Fuel Card | 1-in-8 Call-Out We are looking for a skilled Mobile AC Engineer to join a well-established building services team covering commercial sites across Bristol and Cardiff . This is a great opportunity for a qualified engineer looking for a stable role with a competitive salary, vehicle, and low-frequency call-out (1 in 8 weeks). Key Responsibilities: * Planned and reactive maintenance of air conditioning systems (VRV/VRF, split systems, AHUs, FCUs) * Fault finding, repairs, and minor installations * Covering multiple commercial sites * Completing job sheets and maintaining accurate records * Participating in a 1-in-8 call-out rota (additional standby allowance paid) Requirements: * F-Gas certification (Category 1) * City & Guilds/NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration (or equivalent) * Proven experience in servicing and maintaining commercial AC systems * Full UK driving licence * Strong customer service and communication skills What’s On Offer: * £45,000 base salary * Company van fuel card (for work use) * 25 days holiday bank holidays * Overtime and call-out standby pay * Pension scheme and ongoing training * Uniform, tools, and mobile device provided Join a supportive, growing team delivering high-quality AC maintenance — with excellent benefits and a light call-out rota
