Working Foreman (Civils) - Somerset

A successful civil engineering company are looking for a Working Foreman to join the team. With over 40 years experience, they deliver a variety or projects, included but not limited to: Section 278 works Small infrastructure Bridges RC structures With a solid order book and a lots of repeat business, they pride themselves on delivering schemes to clients satisfaction. Key Duties Carry out and record site inspections Ensure all works are carried out in line with approved method statements Conduct and amend risk assessments and deliver toolbox talks/briefings Ensure the completion of works on time and within budget Schedule, co-ordinate and supervise the daily activities of gangs/site operatives Share and pass on knowledge to teams Ensure gangs/site operatives complete all required documentation Alongside at least 2 - 3 years as a Foreman and ideally from a Ganger / Groundworker background, you'll need: Experience on small civil engineering projects - structures ideally CSCS, First Aid Temporary Works (not essential) Computer literate Clean UK Driving License Get in touch today to find out more
