Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor

Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor (Electrical bias) Medium-sized MEP Contractor Central London A specialist electrical-only subcontractor with around 50 permanent staff and a strong secured pipeline is looking to take on two MEP Quantity Surveyors (Senior & Project Surveyor levels) into their commercial team. They operate under a wider group that also delivers mechanical services. The role: Senior Quantity Surveyor will oversee two electrical packages valued between £5m - £15m across both JCT and NEC contracts. Split between 1 day hybrid working, 2 days in Central London office and 2 days on site per week. Project locations in zones 1-2 of Central London and both in preconstruction phases, seeing through to completion. Mentoring and overseeing an Assistant Quantity Surveyor and reporting directly to a Commercial Manager.What We’re Looking For: Strong MEP commercial experience, ideally within commercial, residential and infrastructure sectors. Confidence managing multiple projects, budgets, and contract types.
