Maintenance Operatives – Join Our Skilled Multi-Trade Team We’re looking for talented Maintenance Operatives to join our dedicated team working across West Wales — from Pembrokeshire to Bridgend. If you’ve got experience across several trades, take genuine pride in your workmanship, and know how to treat customers with respect and warmth, we’d love to have you on board. ️ The Role As a Maintenance Operative, you’ll be carrying out a variety of repairs and improvements in our customers’ homes. Typical tasks include: * Painting and decorating * Carpentry and joinery work * Plasterboard and surface repairs * General home maintenance You’ll be working Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm, representing our brand with professionalism, integrity, and a positive, can-do attitude.
