This role requires a Part Time Family Law Paralegal to provide dedicated support within the legal sector, focusing on family law cases. Client Details As a small-sized organisation, they specialise in delivering tailored legal support services to clients Description Draft and prepare legal documents related to family law cases. Assist solicitors with case management and client communications. Conduct legal research to support family law cases. Maintain accurate and organised case files and records. Coordinate and schedule meetings, court dates, and other appointments. Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and addressing inquiries. Ensure compliance with relevant legal regulations and procedures. Support the team with administrative tasks as needed.Profile A successful Part Time Family Law Paralegal should have: Previous experience in family law or a related legal field. A recognised legal qualification or equivalent paralegal training. Strong organisational and case management skills. Attention to detail and the ability to work independently. Effective communication and client-handling skills.
