Material Controller

We’re looking for a proactive Materials & Distribution Officer to join our client based in Penicuik. This is a hands-on role where you’ll support stock control, distribution, and dispatch processes, ensuring compliance with GMP/GDP standards and warehouse Health & Safety requirements. £25,000 – £27,000 (DOE) Monday–Friday, Dayshift, 37.5 hours per week What you’ll do: * Manage stock movement – booking, distributing, picking, packing, and dispatching goods. * Maintain accurate records * Support warehouse tasks such as stock checks, replenishment, and disposal. * Uphold GMP/GDP standards and Health & Safety requirements. * Work independently while collaborating effectively within the wider team. What we’re looking for: * Familiarity with inventory management systems. * Knowledge of warehouse Health & Safety best practice. * A positive, can-do attitude with the ability to handle both varied and routine tasks. * Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. * Previous warehouse or GMP/GDP experience desirable.
