Contract Personnel Ltd are very happy to be recruiting an Experienced Line Leader on behalf of our valued client based in Brandon. This is a Temp - Perm Opportunity for the right candidate Duties: You will be responsible for overseeing and co-ordinating the activities and productivity of the production line staff. Ensuring daily targets and quality standards are met. You will monitor team performance, provide training and guidance where necessary. Ensure Health and Safety protocols and adhered to, reporting any issues or delays on the line to management. This role plays a key part in maintaining a productive, safe and team-oriented work environment. Shift Details: Mon - Fri - Day Shifts - you will need to be flexible with working hours during busy periods.
