The Role: Collaborate with class teachers and SENCOs to deliver personalised learning plans. Help to create a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment. Encourage independence, confidence, and participation in school life. Requirements: Previous experience working with children, ideally within a school or ALN setting.
