Plumber – Permanent Position (Commercial & Industrial Installations) Location: Midlands (various sites across Birmingham, Staffordshire, Derbyshire) Salary: £38,000 – £43,000 Company Van Fuel Card Overtime Company: Family-run Mechanical Contractor with steady, long-term workload Elitehire Solutions are representing a well-established Mechanical Building Services Contractor with a strong reputation across the Midlands. They deliver a range of commercial and industrial projects including schools, offices, warehouses and public buildings. They’re looking to add a permanent Plumber to their directly employed team to work on a variety of installation and refurbishment projects. You’ll be part of a supportive, close-knit company that values quality workmanship and consistency over rushing jobs. Role Overview: * Carry out plumbing and heating installations on commercial and industrial sites * Work from drawings and specifications to a high standard * Install copper, steel, and plastic pipework systems * Support testing, commissioning, and occasional maintenance tasks * Liaise with site managers and clients to ensure smooth delivery Requirements: * Qualified Plumber with commercial installation experience * NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing & Heating (or equivalent) * CSCS / JIB card preferred * Full UK driving licence What’s on Offer: * Permanent position with a respected local contractor * £38,000–£42,000 basic salary (depending on experience) * Company van, fuel card, pension, and overtime available * Long-term job security and a genuine, family-run team environment To find out more or apply confidentially, contact Elitehire Solutions
