We are seeking a meticulous Purchase Ledger to join a leading company in the Business Services industry. This role, based in Birmingham, requires a detail-oriented professional to manage financial transactions and support the accounting team. Description Process and manage supplier invoices accurately and efficiently. Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner. Prepare and process payment runs, ensuring compliance with company policies. Maintain accurate records of all transactions and ensure proper documentation. Assist with month-end closing processes and reporting requirements. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any invoice queries. Ensure adherence to financial regulations and internal controls. Provide support to the Accounting & Finance department as needed.Profile A successful Purchase Ledger should have: Previous experience in a similar role within the Accounting & Finance sector. Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office tools. Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines effectively. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. A proactive approach to work and a commitment to accuracy.Job Offer Competitive salary ranging from £24,000 to £27,000.
