Site Manager

Job Title: Site Manager – Retail Fit Out Location: Northern Ireland (Nationwide Travel May Be Required) Type: Temporary / Freelance Rate: £260–£300 per shift (CIS) We’re currently recruiting experienced Site Managers across Northern Ireland for a number of temporary retail fit-out projects with leading contractors and brands. This role is ideal for managers who thrive in fast-paced environments and can deliver quick turnaround refurbishments and store fit-outs to a high standard. Key Responsibilities: * Oversee all on-site operations and subcontractors * Ensure works are completed safely, on time, and to spec * Maintain site documentation and daily reports * Coordinate with clients and project teams * Drive progress and manage snagging to completion Requirements: * Valid CSCS, SMSTS, and First Aid certificates * Proven background in retail fit-out or refurbishment * Experience managing fast-track or night works * Strong communication and organisational skills * Willingness to travel across Northern Ireland (and occasionally UK-wide) If you’re available and interested, please apply with your CV or get in touch to discuss current and upcoming projects
