Plumber/Multi Trader

We’re looking for an experienced Plumber Multi to join our Property Team in Devon. You’ll carry out plumbing repairs, maintenance, and small installations across residential properties. This is a hands-on, customer-focused role ideal for someone with solid plumbing experience and a proactive approach to problem-solving. As part of the team, you’ll receive a company van and fuel card for business use, ensuring you’re fully equipped to deliver excellent service across our homes. What You’ll Do * Carry out plumbing repairs and maintenance in occupied homes * Install and replace baths, showers, sinks, taps, and associated pipework * Repair and install domestic plumbing systems and water mains * Maintain and renew hot water cylinders and cold water storage tanks * Perform basic carpentry, tiling, plastering, and decorating as required * Use mobile technology (iPad/PDA) to record and complete jobs efficiently What We’re Looking For * NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in Plumbing or 5 years’ relevant experience * Experience working in occupied properties with excellent customer service skills * Strong understanding of Health & Safety best practices * Confident using mobile technology to manage work orders * Full UK driving licence (minimum 1 year’s experience) * CSCS card – desirable but not essential What’s in It for You * Competitive pay with overtime and call-out opportunities * £335 annual tool allowance * Company van and fuel card * 25 days holiday bank holidays, increasing to 30 days * Option to buy or sell annual leave * Generous pension scheme (matched up to 12%) * Life cover (4x annual salary) * Uniform, PPE, iPhone, and iPad provided * Access to SmartTech – buy electronics through salary deductions
