About the Role: A warm and nurturing primary school in Camden is seeking a Level 3 qualified Early Years Practitioner to support their 2-year-old provision. The successful candidate will help create a safe, stimulating, and playful environment that supports early learning, emotional development, and wellbeing. Key Responsibilities: • Provide high-quality care and learning experiences for children aged 2 years. • Foster a kind, proactive, and playful atmosphere where every child feels valued and supported. • Support the delivery of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework. • Maintain excellent communication with staff and parents to ensure a consistent approach to care and learning. • Follow safeguarding, health & safety, and child protection procedures at all times. • Ensure compliance with EYFS staff-to-child ratios and uphold best practice in all areas. Requirements: • Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education, Childcare, or equivalent (essential). • Previous experience working with 2-year-olds or within an EYFS setting. • Up-to-date EYFS training and understanding of statutory guidance. • A caring, patient, and energetic personality — someone who brings kindness, proactivity, and playfulness to their role. • Strong team player with good communication and initiative.
