Accounts Assistant Part or Full Time

Our client, a well-established interior design company, is seeking an Accounts/Finance Assistant to join their team on either a part time or full time basis. (P/T 20-30 hour per week across 4/5 days) Join a creative and stylish environment, supporting a business that specialises in transforming spaces with elegant, bespoke design solutions. Key Responsibilities: Manage and record supplier and customer invoices, ensuring accuracy from receipt to processing. Maintain financial records and process payments and receipts efficiently. Monitor and update accounting systems, ensuring data accuracy. Proactively chase outstanding payments and liaise with customers to resolve issues, supporting healthy cash flow. Prepare and submit accurate financial reports in line with company policies and regulations.
