SENIOR DIGITAL PRODUCT ANALYST LONDON - 4 TIMES A WEEK ON SITE UP TO £65,000 We’re looking for a Senior Digital Product Analyst to work with one of the leading global retailers, focused on understanding the behaviours and patterns of both website and app users. THE ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES: You’ll work as part of the digital analytics function, reporting into the analytics lead. Work alongside the digital production team and wider digital functions to support greater understanding of user’s behaviour across both the website and apps to inform the strategic direction. Lead and manage a small team of two analysts, taking full responsibility for both team performance and individual development. Act as the key owner of on-site user behaviour analytics, enabling all internal teams to gain a clear understanding of how users interact with our digital platforms. Proactively leverage your team’s capabilities to uncover opportunities for optimisation, including assessing the potential impact of new features or enhancements. Build and maintain strong partnerships with the product function, embedding data-driven practices into every stage of product development. Collaborate closely with product, design, user testing, and analytics teams to deliver a best-in-class, insight-led development cycle. Work alongside analytics implementation product owners to define and maintain a roadmap for new data capture initiatives and ongoing data enrichment. Apply experimentation and testing methodologies to evaluate the success and effectiveness of new features and product changes. YOUR SKILLS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Multiple years experience using Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics. Proven experience in managing or mentoring colleagues, fostering both professional growth and team performance. Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to adapt presentation style and messaging to suit different audiences. Proficient in SQL (essential) and experienced with R or Python (preferred). Strong data visualisation expertise, using tools such as Power BI, Looker, or Tableau to present insights effectively. Extensive background in product, web, or digital analytics, ideally gained within an eCommerce or retail environment.
