On offer is an opportunity for a Quality Engineer wanting to progress into a management role where you can play a huge part in enacting improvements within an organisation and mentoring a team of engineers, while being recognised as a leader in your field. This company are a family run organisation that have been established for more than 70 years, specialising in the manufacture of bespoke products for clients across the UK. On offer is a role with fantastic progression, where you will be split 50/50 between managing 4 direct reports of Quality Engineers / Inspectors, and leading and improving Quality processes within the business. This role would suit a Quality Engineer or Quality Manager from an Engineering or Manufacturing background who is looking to step into a Management role with a well-respected family run organisation.
