Job Summary: Multi-Skilled Plasterer Location: Leicester Pay Rate: £19.00 per hour Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday Vehicle: Company van provided (requires full driving licence)Role Overview Join a busy, customer-focused repairs and maintenance team responsible for a range of works across our clients housing stock—mainly in occupied homes. You’ll need to be a versatile plasterer with multi-trade skills, strong attention to quality, and the ability to work professionally in residents' homes. Key Responsibilities Perform plastering and related trade tasks to a high standard Diagnose faults and determine necessary repairs Use PDA (smart device) to record materials and job completion Maintain accurate van stock for efficiency and first-time fix rates Work in compliance with H&S legislation and manufacturers’ guidelines Conduct surveys to plan work and materials neededEssential Criteria Eligible to work in the UK NVQ/City & Guilds Level 2 (or equivalent) in plastering or relevant trade Full UK driving licence (company van provided) Knowledge of current H&S regulations and safe practices Able to read and follow manufacturers’ instructions Physically fit to access difficult/confined spacesSkills & Personal Attributes Strong customer service and communication skills Calm and confident under pressure Ability to build trust with tenants and work well in a team Positive, can-do attitude and flexible approach to work Resilience to changing job demandsTo Apply or Enquire: (url removed) (phone number removed)
