What We’re Looking For: ✅ Level 2 Care Qualification (or equivalent). ✅ Experience working with children, young people, and families. ✅ Strong communication and teamwork skills. ✅ Flexibility to work evenings and weekends when required. ✅ Full UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle.
