The Role As a Senior Professional Services Consultant, you will lead the design and delivery of CRM solutions for a wide range of clients. You will work closely with customers to understand their business processes, define technical requirements, and implement tailored solutions that transform how they operate. You will manage projects from initial scoping through to configuration, testing, and go-live. Acting as both an advisor and a hands-on consultant, you will play a key role in ensuring clients achieve measurable success with the CRM platform.
