Freelance Site Manager – Fit-Out (Hands-On Role) Location: Livingston, Scotland Duration: 2 Weeks Sector: Interior Fit-Out / Commercial / Retail Type: Freelance Our client, a respected fit-out contractor, is seeking an experienced and hands-on freelance Site Manager to oversee a commercial fit-out project in Livingston. This is a short-term contract for 2 weeks, and will require someone who can hit the ground running, lead a small team, and ensure works are completed safely, on time, and to the highest standard. ✅ Key Responsibilities: * Overseeing daily site operations and managing subcontractors * Ensuring H&S compliance on site * Working closely with the project team to ensure quality and programme are maintained * Hands-on involvement with site activities where required * Managing final snagging and handover process Requirements: * Proven experience as a Site Manager on fast-paced fit-out projects * SMSTS * First Aid at Work * CSCS Card * Comfortable with a hands-on management approach * Strong communication and problem-solving skills
