Multi Trade Operative

You will be responsible for carrying out maintenance, repairs, and planned works in both void and tenanted properties. The position includes a wide range of tasks across different trades: Key Responsibilities: * Kitchen Fitting: Installation and replacement of kitchen units, worktops, and appliances * Carpentry: Doors, skirting, stud walls, flooring, architrave * Plumbing: Tap, basin, toilet replacements, and minor leak repairs * Minor Brickwork * Patch Plastering * Sealing/Silicone Application * Snagging Works * Use of PDA for logging works and updating job statuses * Customer & Client Interaction: Maintaining a professional manner on-site * Participation in the callout rota (mandatory) Package & Benefits: * Callout OTE: £2,500 – £3,000 per annum * Overtime Available * 23 Days Holiday Bank Holidays * Company Van & Fuel Card * Power Tools Provided * Company Pension Scheme * Life Insurance: 2x Basic Salary Requirements: * Full UK Driving Licence (essential) * 5 Years' Experience in a similar multi-trade/building role * Strong experience with kitchen fitting * A recognised trade qualification is beneficial but not essential * Excellent customer service and communication skills
