Customer Operations Specialist Chiswick, London £13.85 per hour Full-time, Temporary Role Our client are looking for a Customer Operations Specialist rockstar to connect with their customers. The role will include answering questions, resolving issues, and making personalized product recommendations. They are also looking for a hungry and eager-to-learn multi-tasker who can help problem-solve operational issues. Their Customer Operations Specialists are the heart of our business and have a major impact on their continued success. Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries with high quality, speed, and accuracy - acrossseveral channels, including email, and social media chats Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with the utmost care and respect bylistening to their problems and offering creative resolutions Ensure customer orders are fulfilled and delivered by liaising with warehousepersonnel Manage returns, issue refunds, liaise with the warehouse regarding any order issues Share customer feedback and information with other team members in order tocontinuously improve and evolve the customer experience Contribute to a positive, energetic team culture Qualifications: You bring 1-2 years of CRM systems (e.g., Freshdesk, Zendesk orequivalent) Educated to degree level or currently studying at degree level Excellent written, verbal, and listening skills Great attention to detail Strong problem solving skills Google sheets and doc rockstars E-commerce customer service experience is a plus!Office Angels is an employment agency and business.
