Their services encompass mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, water hygiene, and fire safety systems, ensuring optimal building performance throughout their lifecycleJOB OVERVIEW We are seeking a highly skilled and proven Electrician/electrical engineer to carry out mobile maintenance works in the Southeast, covering London and the Home Counties. This role will include but not limited to Commercial office blocks & industrial units, Retail & Student Accommodation. We are looking for a candidate who has knowledge of electrical systems and proven experience as an Electrical Engineer/HVAC Engineer type role. JOB RESPONSBILITIES Diagnose faults, repair, replace, and upgrade lighting, wiring, and electrical components, ensuring compliance with BS 7671. Conduct electrical testing, rewires, and emergency lighting maintenance. Perform routine and reactive maintenance. Ensure all work meets health and safety standards, keeping accurate maintenance records. SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS Approved Electrical Apprenticeship – Minimum requirement. 18th Edition Accreditation – Essential. 2391 Testing & Inspection – Beneficial. SALARY & BENEFITS £43,000- £47,000 (DOE) (OTE £48,000 - £55,000 in first year) On Call 1 in 4 25 days holiday Company vehicle and fuel card. Pension scheme. Health and wellness benefits.
