Roller Driver

Job Opportunity: Roller Driver – OX11 (Didcot Area) Location: OX11, Didcot Job Type: Temporary (with potential for ongoing work) Start Date: Immediate Pay Rate: Competitive – Based on experience and certifications We are currently seeking an experienced Roller Driver to join a busy civil engineering and groundworks project in the OX11 area. ✅ Responsibilities: * Operate a ride-on roller to compact soil, gravel, and asphalt on roads and construction sites * Carry out daily equipment checks and basic maintenance * Follow health and safety procedures on site at all times * Assist with general site duties when required Requirements: * Valid CPCS or NPORS Roller ticket (essential) * Previous experience in a similar role * Full PPE * Right to work in the UK * A strong work ethic and ability to work as part of a team Hours: * Monday to Friday * 07:30 – 17:00 (typical site hours)
