Administration Operations Supervisor – Life Sciences Pharmaceuticals Supply Chain Salary: £33,000k - £35,000k Type: Full time permanent Location: Manchester M62 / M6 / North West / Oldham Sector: Pharmaceuticals / Life science supply chain, logistics & distribution This is an excellent opportunity to join a global pharmaceuticals organisation in a site Administration Operations Supervisor appointment. You will work internally supporting site teams and managers that are responsible for several large pharmaceuticals and NHS contracts, ensuring laboratories / site storage and logistics Quality Management Systems KPI’s are achieved be a coordinator point of contact for customers internal & external Key Areas: - * Day to day site administrational support to the Pharma / Life Science manufacturing site / facility * Pharmaceutical administration processes * ISO 9001 Quality System requirements experience and standards * Planning and support of operations projects * Customer Service / Client Management * Administration and audit of pharmaceutical products The key responsibilities: - * Day to day administration support to a busy manufacturing site and teams * Deliver services to the portfolio of customers from the life Science / pharma sector * Able to work supportively as part of a team and with a friendly and approachable personality * Support the Quality team and Auditors in maintaining: ISO 9001 Quality System requirements * Liaising with clients and UK quality staff to ensure clients receive complete and accurate information concerning practical operation of the suite * Leading and supervising the pharmaceutical administration team to ensure efficient and effective operation at all times * Reporting capacity levels and issues in a timely and accurate fashion relevant stakeholders * Ensuring GMP and IMB regulations are applied and adhered to at all times throughout the site * Ensure integrity of customer products are maintained at all times. * the UK, while also offering additional services to meet budget goals. * Showcase strong leadership in people by providing coaching, mentoring, and developing team members. * Customer Service – Responsible for the delivery of a high standard of Customer Service against agreed targets. Person Specification: - * Previous experience of working within a supply chain logistics environment * Previous experience of pharmaceutical multi customer operation * Team management / supervisor * Pharmaceutical manufacturing
