You’ll have the chance to co-deliver engaging lessons twice a week with full support, planning, and resources provided – ideal for those looking to gain classroom leadership experience. What You’ll Do • Deliver team-taught lessons in collaboration with the class teacher. • Support pupils’ learning through small group and 1:1 interventions. • Create a positive, well-organised classroom where every child feels valued. • Work with pupils of all abilities, including SEND and EAL learners. • Collaborate closely with colleagues to uphold the school’s high expectations and inclusive ethos. About You • Confident working with KS2 pupils, ideally with prior classroom experience. • Able to take initiative and lead lessons within a supportive framework. • A strong communicator and team player who’s committed to pupil progress and wellbeing. • Shares the academy’s vision of providing exceptional education for every child.
